General

 

• Training is private between the parties.

• By paying for a course and/or booking a course and/or attending a course you agree to our terms and conditions.

• Stunt Asylum and its agents reserve the right to make alterations to courses without prior notice.

• Students must provide a full motorcycle licence or ACU licence (or prior to booking satisfy us they are sufficiently experienced to be safe). You will need to bring your own protective gear - i.e. helmet, gloves, boots, leathers or protective jacket + trousers.

• Failure to meet one or more of our terms may result in the cancellation of your day without a refund.

• Training is provided on high quality airfield surface. As the event is at an operational airport you must stay within the areas designated.

• Students who fail to follow instructions from any of our staff, or students who put their or others safety at risk will be asked to stop participating in the activities. Upon request you must leave the site immediately, without refund.

• Stunt Asylum will cover the cost for any accidental damage caused by students to our motorcycles unless a student has been warned 3 times for dangerous riding. In this instance they will be charged for any repairs up to a maximum of £2,000 per bike.

• Students who choose to use their own bikes do so entirely at their own risk.

• Your own bike must be no more than 98 dB one metre behind the bike at three quarter revs. Please fit your baffles as noise levels are very strict and you will not be able to use your own bike if you exceed the airfield limit. 

• Stunt Asylum takes no responsibility for any damage to your bike or equipment however it is caused. 

 

Friends and spectators

 

• Friends and spectators are welcome to join us for the day’s fun. (Max of 4 guests per student.) It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their guests remain in the safe zones designated.

 

 

Cancellations:

 

• Cancellations by students:  All bookings are non-refundable once purchased however we will move you to an alternative date of your choice subject to availability so long as you give us at least 14 days notice so that we can try and fill your space.

• Cancellations by Stunt Asylum: Your safety is our first priority, if the weather is severe (i.e. extreme wind or ice, act of god etc) we may have to cancel or postpone an event. Please call or email the day before to check if you are unsure.

• Should we have to cancel then we will book you on an alternative day of your choice subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to cancel an event and move you to another date of your choice.

• Gift Vouchers

 

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. If a rider is not able to use the voucher within the prescribed time limit regardless of the reason no refund will be given.

• Gift Vouchers will be sent by email.

• Vouchers for a full day (£270) or deposit only (£100) are available and valid for a year from date of purchase subject to our terms and conditions. Payment of the remaining balance is required at least 14 days prior to the date of the course.

• Courses run from April through to October each year, vouchers must be used within these dates. As an example if you purchase a voucher in December 2022 you have from April 2023 to October 2023 to use them. If you purchase a voucher in June 2022 you will have from June 2022 to October 2022 and April 2023 to May 2023 to use them.

• To book with a voucher paste in your 12 or 13 digit voucher code, click apply certificate, and confirm.

 

Payments

 

• Stunt Asylum is based in the UK, and can only accept payments in GBP (Pounds Sterling).

 

Data Protection

 

• We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

• Contacting us means you consent to us contacting you via email or telephone.

• Calls may be recorded.
